Why Stirred Knot Shaken
Stirred Knot Shaken is a culmination of My Career, Family and Passion to entertain, and create memorable experiences. Ultimately the name was inspired by this magnificent photo of my dad from the early 1960's when he was a Madison Ave "ADMAN". On the day of the shoot for Beefeaters gin the model didn't show up, the creative director was quick to have my dad dress in the tux and jump in, creating the perfect "Stirred not Shaken Martini". An ad which ran for several weeks in the New York Times.
Finally, while trying to "tie it all together" we felt "Knot" would be great way to symbolize our commitment to creating a unique atmosphere that transports our guests to a more refined time and place where every detail has been thoughtfully considered to enhance your experience when "Tying The Knot".
